Bootcamp
This fast paced class incorporates circuit training and weight lifting to help you build muscle and feel strong. It uses functional exercises and technical skills to have you looking and feeling your best.

Empower Hour
This class is for women only. The focus is building muscle and losing body fat with a group of women who have similar goals. Help build a strong community around you, so you can feel independent and confident in your everyday life.

Masters Class
This class is for the 55+ community. It focuses on maintaining strength as you age by lifting weights and working on everyday movements. Areas such as balance work and core strength are large focuses weekly.

Personal Training
A weekly commitment to yourself and your coach. This is for you if you want to build your confidence, lose weight and need motivation. This service includes nutrition as well. Talk with your coach to establish a schedule that works for you.
